“Great atmosphere! We drove from the northern side of Onslow Co and would do it again. My bff and I love trying new places and we will drive hours to do so.
This wasn't even a long one for us. We had my special needs son with us today.
We tried alot of different things on the menu. They offer a variety of wine but I'm not a drinker and she was my driver today so we didn't get to sample. Normally I am driving and she would be the tester lol.

“I ordered a cake and a dozen cupcakes for an anniversary. They required payment up front which made it easy to pick up when they were ready. They do not use any artificial dyes which I appreciate. The design of the cake was simple yet elegant and beautiful. The cake was vanilla and it was wonderful. It was moist and the icing was delicious. Cupcakes were also amazing. A lot of specialty cupcakes are dry but these were delicious. Thanks for making dessert special!“

“I've been dining at both restaurants for years and enjoyed myself ,the food , and the staff! The food and sides at Morehead have a better flavor, taste better ,and the portions are much bigger. I ve notice that recently on my last couple times that the sides are much better at both restaurants. The mash potatoes in Morehead are so delicious. I wish that was the same case at the emerald isle restaurant. The Cole slaw is the best that I have taste recently. I swear if the food was as good as the sides have been lately I wouldn't eat anywhere else. SNAPPPERZ KEEP IT UP!“

“My husband and I are visiting from out of state and after a day of site seeing decided to grab a burrito. We found the exterior and interior of the restaurant very cute. We ordered two burritos, the plain Jane ground beef and the Bang Bang Shrimp to share which was MORE than enough. We were really happy with the quality, taste and experience. Highly recommend!“

“Taste of napoli was such an authentic experience. The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable, a true italian. The wine was imported from veneto and had such a great flavor. Overall the food was fresh and superb, down to the olive oil. The food came out quickly and hot. 100% recommend.“

“This place is actually authentic. The papusas are great! They make the tortillas fresh. The chicken in the tacos was super overcooked, but it could have just been a one time thing. It was good food. They have all you can eat tacos on Tuesday. I told the waitress that is what I wanted, then she charged me individually for the tacos when we got the receipt. 🤷🏻‍♀“

“The waitstaff I've had are always pleasant and attentive. Surprisingly neither the tables nor the syrup dispensers have ever been sticky in my experiences. I obnoxiously get at least 5 refills when here, and yet never got any attitude nor waited long for them. When I go (typically on Saturday morning) there's usually a wait but not usually for very long.“

“Restaurant shout out! Casa San Carlo Morehead City wow!! What an amazing experience!! From the moment we walked in until we walked out! Our serve was so kind and helpful with suggestions (which we took and everything was beyond delicious) We started with the fresh mozzarella lightly breaded and fried with a marinara sauce, that was to die for, with fresh grated Parmesan and what looked like julienne marinated tomatoes. My husband got a lobster ravioli in a pink sauce and I got the tortellini with mushrooms, prosciutto, and peas in a creaming white sauce. Everything was an explosion of flavor. The chef came out many time to check on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. I loved the genuine connections and hearing all the talk in the kitchen. Everyone who came in after us, I could hear all the employees greeting them as if they knew them like family. This restaurant feels like coming into a family dinner and delicious food. I wish we had come here earlier. Before we left they gave us a card inside an envelope that says “no peeking”! It could be a gift card towards our next meal, a free dessert, appetizer, or bottle of wine. It says we can use it in the month of April. We will be coming back to see what is our surprise!
