The waitstaff I've had are always pleasant and attentive. Surprisingly neither the tables nor the syrup dispensers have ever been sticky in my experiences. I obnoxiously get at least 5 refills when here, and yet never got any attitude nor waited long for them. When I go (typically on Saturday morning) there's usually a wait but not usually for very long.

Our server, Ari, was very good and we liked her very much. The meal was good and substitutions were available. This accommodated my gluten Sensitivity.
