“I know, goint to IHOP and not having pancakes doesn't sound right, but I was in mood for a burger and the Jalapeno Kick did not disappoint: flavor was great, cooked as I ordered, was tasty and looked great.
Wife for the Steak Tips and Fries which I also like, after a bite I could say it is the same great flavor, also cooked the way we ordered.
Place was not busy for that time of the Friday evening; but it was packed with waiting list on the Sunday around 12Pm - yes, it is good.“

“These are by far the best bagels, cream cheese, and bagel breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had! Even the plain bagel can’t not be compared! The store vibe is welcoming, quaint and so perfectly paired with a waterfront downtown area. You can sit inside to eat or sit outside on their Picnic tables to enjoy the water views! Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend!! You won’t be disappointed!“
