Pretty dang awesome establishment they have going here. Years in business says it all. Out of town visitor eating and I felt like I had been there many times. Staff was very kind and out going. The food was pretty good as well. Very little wait time for as busy as they were. Highly recommend giving them the time and check them out.
This was our first time eating at Cox Family Restaurant. We found it to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The food was delicious, our waitress was excellent, and the restaurant and restrooms ? were clean. Can't wait to return.

I've been eating breakfast here since I was a child every time I come to Morehead City. Food has always been great. Waitresses are always cheerful and friendly. I've never had to ask for a refill. They're always on top of it.IMO Best breakfast in MHC.Parking: Limited parking in front, but they do have additional parking behind the building as well.
