“I would never visit Beaufort and not stop by this place. Don’t let the size or location fool you this is a #1 stop for the best musicians around. Always a good time and the local folks make it fun with their welcoming and friendly smiles and handshakes. I played an Open Mic there last year and hope to play there one day. “👍👍Two thumbs up on this place ! This was our first time going here and we will be back when we are in the area on our next vacation. The shrimp and grits was amazing - I’m a tough critic on shrimp and grits because not many people make it as good as my (chef) husband does but these were almost identical to his ! Also got the shrimp and scallops (served in pasta) and it was just as delicious! I love the fact that this place is in a beautiful historic building as well. Food came out pretty quick too! The waitress was so-so and the hostess area isn’t very welcoming but the menu is awesome and I can’t wait to try other things on it. This place was actually the first best QUALITY seafood we ate during our whole beach vacation week in this area. 👍👍“

“We’ve been here a number of times and each visit has been wonderful. Food and service are excellent. The ONLY negative I have would be that it is not handicap friendly. No low top tables available. Love the atmosphere and the dining experience overall.“
