I setup the weekly delivery service for my 85 year old mom and I did not have to go in the store, you can set everything up online. My mom loves the meals, and I think it's funny she calls them leftovers since they come in a plastic container. They send you an email on Saturday for the Sunday delivery, but the estimated arrival time is not an exact time and may change during the day.
