“This was by far one of my favorite dining experiences. I recommend making a reservation beforehand because of the size of the restaurant. Service was amazing! Very friendly host and hostess, and our server, PJ, was so nice, very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations for food and beverages. I recommend the cheese plate and duck wings. The petite filet was cooked to perfection, and the desert sampler we ordered was so pretty I almost did not want to eat it! We will definitely be coming back here again!Parking: We parked over by the backstreet pub, there is a small parking lot across from the restaurant but I was not sure if it was reserved for another business nearby. Not a very far walk from any of the paid parking spaces nearby.”
“This place has never disappointed. We have now been multiple times, and ordered in on numerous occasions. The food is the best Mexican food we have had. From California to Carolina this place is number one!! Our most recent waitress, Beatrice, was awesome. Her menu suggestions were great, and she was very attentive. I know they have many locations, but this one just feels right. If you live nearby, get there immediately.”

We go to a new place almost every weekend.I hate to write this review because I don’t want to expose blue Herron for the dining experience that it really is - but it is fine because it is a 5 star dining experience. If you don’t prefer the beef medallions you are missing out. If anyone in your party is thinking about ordering it - do it. You will not get anything less than Amazing here.This is my 5th time here and felt compelled to write this reviews because it is phenomenal and you are missing out if you don’t try it. But I ask that you please don’t share with all of your friends because if word gets out you WILL NOT be able to eat here without a reservation months/ years in advance. “Omg I can't say enough about this place it's so welcoming! The beers are crazy good and some I've never even tried! It's small and get this an old what I call factory whistle goes off at around 5ish it's crazy but if you go in ask and they'll explain it to you! The feeing you get it so back in the days of good neighbors and local friends/family. Popcorn machine which is delicious popcorn and craft beer umm yeah! It's small inside but there's also seating outside as well. I love this place! If you are driving through I highly recommend a stop !”
“City Kitchen isn't on the main strip of Beaufort but tucked onto the second floor of the Marina. We were seated outside and had a gorgeous view of the water at sunset. Our waitress Dana was incredibly friendly. The vegetarian Korean bowl and the famous toffee dessert were a hit. We would come back again!”

“This was my second time coming to Beaufort and I am here on the off season for my bday weekend and I am so glad I stopped in to Moonrakers bc our bartender ANGEL was amazing- very Personable and aware of what we drank from ordering our first drink! Keep her around bc you don’t find many Bartenders as sweet as her and she even chit chatted wth us! “I eat here from time to time. I'd love to eat here more but it is cash only and I rarely carry cash. The food has always been good as well as the service. Seafood is a little pricey especially to eat here weekly but it is fresh so there is that. Definitely recommend.”

“Got take out pizza and salad. Salads were quite good, but the pizza was PERFECT (from a pizza snob that has tried them all!). We had the Margherita and the sausage with peppers. Both were really good - crust was perfect - thin wood fired oven baked perfectly. Toppings were well proportioned and flavorful.”
“We loved Blackbeard! The food was delicious. The Oysters Rockefeller and Parmesan crusted oysters appetizers were great for sharing and very tasty. The fried shrimp and scallops were a nice size, not overly breaded, crispy, and delicious. The ahi tuna was absolutely incredible. If it is on special, I recommend ordering it. The seafood bisque is creamy, rich, and flavorful. Not pictured is the ribeye. It was seasoned, cooked, and seared perfect. A special shout out to Carol, our waitress for the fantastic service. She was very friendly offering great suggestions with the menu, our food was served hot, and our drinks were never empty.”
“Wow! What an incredible dining experience. Kim, our gracious innkeeper, at the Inn on Turner, assisted us with our reservation at Blue Moon Bistro. Celebrating our anniversary, my husband and I were looking for a special dining experience. Blue Moon Bistro exceeded all expectations. The service was excellent, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a table in a quiet corner. Our server, Lara, was amazing, giving us recommendations and allowing us to take our time, and enjoy our evening. We feasted on the Cassoulet and Pork Osso Bucco - there are no pictures, as we were too busy enjoying our meals. For dessert they treated us to a delicious crème brulee, made to perfection. Will we return? Without a doubt. Would we recommend it? Absolutely, 100%.”
