“We went to Simply natural tonight @ 8:30 pm. There was a constant line all the way to the door. Shannon and Ella were the only two working and were doing a great job! They absolutely need a shout out for how hard they were working and their great customer service. They were doing the work of at least 4 employees.“

“We were rushed through our order. They were not busy but kept rushing. Even though husband restated order with only items his smashburger still had sauce on it. When brought it to the attention employee stated it comes with it but she would have them remake it. My smashburger didn't have the sauce and I had a specialty also.“

“Last night the workers were working REALLY hard to accommodate to every other customer when there was a lady giving them a really difficult time! I don’t know her side of the story but i’m a regular and this is best ice cream shop i’ve been too. The workers, top teir. I definitely recommend their banana pudding!“
