“My family and I love their ice cream. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and was afraid they would not have anything I could eat. Not only are most of their ice creams gluten free, they took the extra step to scoop mine out of a new container that had no chance of cross contamination. I’m so grateful! “Beautiful place to see the sea, collect shells, and relax. We were here early in the day in April, so there weren't many people, but it definitely gets much more popular as the weather warms and the day goes on. There is a ramp at this location making beach access possible for nearly all. Pretty well kept area without much debris. There is a foot washing station should you not want to take the beach in your car with you. Small parking lot right at the sure we entered with online parking payment options. Other similar kits are scattered at different points asking the island and beach areas.....Several restaurants and shops nearby if you need a bite or a souvenir to take home.“

“Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Busy morning was appropriately staffed to provide quick, friendly and efficient service. Very clean, great beach feel, and a convenient location. Outdoor and indoor seating. They have a great selection of fun merchandise and local books as a bonus. We will definitely be back!“

“Awesome coffee, ice cream, and conversation! The owner, Jim, was very nice to talk to while I had a scoop of the exhausted parent (espresso/burbon/chocolate chunk) ice cream and the ridge (white choc/caramel/vanilla) latte. The ice cream choices were super unique/interesting and very good! If I lived closer, I would definitely take advantage of the rewards card!“

“Our server was prompt, friendly, and courteous. The hamburgers were fixed fresh, so they were hot and delicious. The orange aids were a blast from the past. Even though we ate at 3:30, and were the only people there, everyone was still eager to serve us.“

“There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Sea Blue Coffee & Ice Cream is. Every time I am in Topsail getting a coffee from there is a MUST. They have the most delicious coffee and it is consistently delightful. They also have the cutest decor, jewelry, , keychains, clothes and more. I 100% recommend going to Sea Blue.“

“We always try to grab snow cones whenever we go on beach trips, and this Pelican's is some of the best snow cones I've ever had. We've gone twice since we came out on this trip, and both times were fantastic. Michelle was our "snoball chef" both times, and she was just fantastic. We'll probably go again before we leave!“

“We stopped in for ice cream and it was superb! Especially the espresso chunk. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. We quickly walked to the waterfront and sat in a swing and ate our ice cream. We will definitely stop again when back in this area.“

“Food was okay but we got ice cream to take back to the kids and they didn’t have covers for their ice cream sundaes and also no sugar free options. The customer service was very rushed and it was expensive for an ice cream shop. I would pass on this spot.“

“Let me tell you... this place needs to be widespread across the states. THE BEST snowcone/icee/slushy you will ever have hands down. The woman at the register was really nice and pre warned me about the grim reaper. She was right to do so. It was so good but I suffered for it ??? I suggest trying the hurricane it's soooo good.“

Which is always ridiculous in this wasteful world, but especially on a coastal town where plastic is killing our sea turtles. I asked if I could fill my water somewhere and was told I could be given a plastic cup to fill mine. That defeats the entire purpose…“
