First time visiting today and loved that they had an option for the pups too.
The young lady working this afternoon was amazing! There were 5-6 cars in the drive thru and myself and another family waiting at the walk up. As busy as she was we got our butterfly snowball with added whipped cream in no time at all. Its nice to see someone working so hard and keeping a positive attitude and a smile!
Lady working was very nice and patient with our large party. Everything came out great and quickly.

Based on reviews, Pelican’s SnoBalls Snead's Ferry offers proper snowballs, not snowcones. The owners are careful not to roll their eyes at that distinction. The hospitality is unmatched, with staff like Lexie being very sweet. The treats are very tasty, with options like a small lemon shaved ice with a butterfly gummy or a large passion fruit. The area is fun, and it is a low key place to grab a cold/sweet treat and enjoy sitting outside, even in the heat. There are more flavors than anyone could ever try, and all sound great. The prices are a little high, but the treats are AMAZING. They also have points if you sign up with a phone number. This location is highly recommended.
