I have reasons that bring me to Surf City at least once a week, and I have to always make time to go for a walk on the beach there. Plus the actual season starts in another week, gets very crowded but there's plenty of places to eat as well as visit and tour.
With a selection of restaurants, shopping, and more located right that the Surf City Pier, this is a wonderful place to explore on your next trip to Surf City, NC. Stroll down the pier, explore your hand at fishing, or take some beautiful photos under the pier while you walk the beach.

Beautiful place to see the sea, collect shells, and relax. We were here early in the day in April, so there weren't many people, but it definitely gets much more popular as the weather warms and the day goes on. There is a ramp at this location making beach access possible for nearly all. Pretty well kept area without much debris.
