“My husband loves DQ, we make frequent stops while traveling especially while at Atlantic Beach at this location. They have the best cones. I don’t know what is different about their ice cream here but it is creamy and more tasty.
Little girl that waited on us this week , we went every evening, was great. They were lined out the door and she was efficient and quick all with a smile. She needs a raise!“

“They were out of several toppings, but it was the end of the season. Message them on fb if it's the end of the season, and Google says they're open. We went on a Friday night when Google said they were open, and Scoops said they'd be open that Friday in a post the week before, but they weren't. Saturday, I messaged on fb and found out they were open, so we went then. We love the Hershey’s ice cream they have, and it was much closer to us. They have a cute old painted VW van to sit in and take pictures.“

“The waffle cone was the best part of the sweet treat. The ice cream didn’t taste that fresh to me and the key lime pie ice cream taste like it has a ton of sand in it that’s scratchy. Nice and clean establishment but ice cream itself didn’t taste better than Hershey’s or Blue Bell.“

Their strawberry ice cream is one of the best I've had. Not overly sweet and tasted of fresh fruit. Chocolate was so good and creamy.

“There is nothing better than grabbing a Blizzard right after finishing the aquarium tour. It’s conveniently located right at the exit, making it an impossible stop to resist. The staff is always friendly and quick, even when it gets busy. It’s a 'Treat Center' (so mostly ice cream and drinks), which is exactly what we needed to cool off. A sweet bonus to a great day at Pine Knoll Shores!“
