Went in for a mobile order and mistakenly placed order at the wrong location! I was reassured they would take care of of me and give me the drink I ordered. They were very friendly
Stood politely waiting for an online order for 20 minutes. No one asked why i was there. When I stepped up and told an employee why I was there, she said we are busy, haven't started that order yet. When I walked in there were only 2 customers in the store. Several customers came in after me, ordered at the counter and were served before anyone even asked why I was there.
I go everyday even being short staffed Mrs Haley was very polite per usual and always takes the time making sure my order is correct.. give her a raise

Dunkin' is a popular spot for a quick coffee and snack. The staff is pleasant and friendly, with some going above and beyond and being very kind. The store was clean. While they may run out of some items, such as donut holes or coconut milk, the coffee and munchkins are great. The cashier was amazing and willing to try substituting for a favorite drink like the strawberry dragon fruit refresher. Customers can expect a decent meal and beverage.
