I went to the drive thru and there was no one in line nor was there anyone in the store. I drove and place my order. I was in line waiting for a long time. My drink sat on the side forever. The employees were joking back and forth over the head set. I could see them . This is the most childish service I have ever seen. The customer service is not there. I will not go back to this location.

Dunkin’ Donuts in Morehead city off of Arundel Street is not the prime location nor is it the best service in Morehead. it was trash crunchy. The bread was crunchy is not supposed to happen. The cream was not creamy. It was hard and crusty. Order was wrong and guy was suss and rude. He ignored or think he’s multiple times and did not tell us to pull up to the window, extremely disappointed in the service, I was dying the cream was terrible and it was wrong. The bread was crusty.
Nice people but donuts tasted old and they didn’t use gloves when they made my ice cream cone and she had just gotten there to work ??

I have tried putting in mobile orders several times. They don’t start the mobile orders until you arrive. I have had to leave twice without my food because they didn’t start my order and continued to do drive through orders. What is the point of a mobile order if you can’t pick it up 15 minutes after putting it in. I waited an additional 5 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. When I arrived for my walk in mobile order there was no one in the lobby. There were 5 cars in the drive through. They were moving snails pace. I asked if they wait for mobile orders to arrive before making them and Hannah confirmed this. I was trying to figure out the fastest way to order. Hannah was very rude. I said I was now late for work and had to leave without my drink. As I was walking out Hannah said, “have the day you deserve.” Really? I was patient and had to leave without the drink I had paid for so I wouldn’t be late for work and that was her response? How do I get a refund for my mobile order.

Ran in to grab a coffee before volunteering at the Seafood festival. It was 2ish on a Sunday and they were out of donut holes. Glad I stepped inside because there was no one inside and the drive-up appeared to be busy. I ordered a coffee and donut. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Bathroom was clean but the shop inside could be cleaner. Oct 8, 2023

Rude staff. A mobile order wasn't even ready after 20 minutes. I finally had to leave without my coffee. They weren't even that busy. I was the only person inside and they were may be five cars in the drive-through. Hannah was actually aggressive. They need to shut this place down.
