Service was nice! But I had to say that the caramel latte I received was poor. It was only 3/4 of the way full and the more I drank it, the more I wondered if there was any espresso in it. It tasted like sweet caramel milk.
This visit at 2 in the afternoon was the worst I have ever had in this store!!They were out of all but 3 kinds of doughnuts!! They could not make the chi tea I wanted!!The place was filthy!!The person taking orders could not be understood without me asking several times for her to repeat what she'd said!!VERY DISAPPOINTING!I am also so disappointed in the new smaller store because they did even carry Bavarian Creams at all!!!

The only thing I would bother getting at this Dunkin location is the donuts. When you pay for extra shots in the coffee, they don’t add it. If you ask for your coffee half sweet, it’s still just as sweet if not more sweet. Even if you order through the mobile app and customize it there, they will not pay attention to your customizations and what you have paid extra for.
