The staff female who assisted me after placing my order on the app was gracious enough to change out the soda flavor I originally ordered when I requested early enough. That's customer service...the little things!
I personally don't like the new counter and heard several employees don't either they have to go to the back to refill things and just seems unconventional but the workers especially the guy currently running the drive thru are very nice and expedite orders quickly this is the best McDonald's in goldsboro in my opinionParking: Great parking plenty of roomKid-friendliness: Always been kid friendly with the touch screen games at certain tables but they could offer more kid food...read full review

Was in with my family this afternoon for lunch. There was a very obnoxious man swearing and disrespecting staff, we were made very uncomfortable by him.... the manager, Benjamin, got rid of him in the most professional way possible. Saying several times he has children in the restaurant and wont allow this language in from of them in his store, walking him to the door..Dont know how much ben gets paid, but might be time for a raise!!!! Thanks!
