Terrible. First and last time going there. 50 mins to prep a WATERED down strawberry dragonfruit & nasty bagel. Only had 2 people working & only the girl there was actually working while the fella seemed lost .

I never usually leave reviews but I feel like I need to with this one. My wife and I usually would swing by to pick up some sandwiches and drinks after a morning out, but this location has gone down hill quick. There’s almost never more than two people working at a time and they barely ever get the order right. The sandwiches would be burnt or the drinks would be made wrong. Or when you order they don’t ever say that they’re out of a certain bread type until after you pay. For the amount of money you’re spending, you should probably look elsewhere.

Nothing frustrates me more than to be standing at the counter for 3-5 minutes and not get acknowledged by anyone while waiting to order. We usually have good service here but today not so much. There are 4 people working and not one person said anything about being right with you

Drive-thru service was terrible. Guy spoke so low, in a complete monotone, it was hard to hear. At the window, he tried to tell me the gift-card wasn't working. The manager had to come and run the card to get it to work. The donuts were all dumped in the bag, no separation of any kind. Frosting from one stuck to another. Definitely my last time at this location.

The only thing I would bother getting at this Dunkin location is the donuts. When you pay for extra shots in the coffee, they don’t add it. If you ask for your coffee half sweet, it’s still just as sweet if not more sweet. Even if you order through the mobile app and customize it there, they will not pay attention to your customizations and what you have paid extra for. I have tried this location many times over the past three years and nothing has changed. Go to the one in Mar-Mac instead.

Final straw in never returning to this location. Upon ordering in the drive through, their machine shut off and instead of offering to run the card somewhere else, he told me I needed to come in. I asked if there was another way because my 3 year old was miserable from a dentist visit and he just walked away. Another employee walked up and told me I could pull around to the front or come in. I pulled up front and no one came out. So I parked, drug a screaming toddler out of the car and into the store, where upon shortly explaining my situation was met with hostility and the cashier wanting to take my order all over again. When I said I didn't need the products and would be leaving, she started loudly complaining to her manager about me and when I turned to defend myself, the manager sent half her staff in the back to protect them from the exhausted mom and her dentist tormented toddler. When finally getting my order, I had to get around a customer and employee having a deeply personal conversation eating home made brownies over the food counter dropping crumbs everywhere. When asking for straws, the customer was blocking, she gave me just as much sass for interrupting their brownie fueled conversation as the rest of the employees. Apparently food safety regulations don't apply here. Also worth mentioning the sloppy boxing, non-toasted bread and the sausage sandwich that was NOT on the bagel that I ordered. The coffee was perfect though, I'll give them that one point.

Service was nice! But I had to say that the caramel latte I received was poor. It was only 3/4 of the way full and the more I drank it, the more I wondered if there was any espresso in it. It tasted like sweet caramel milk.

Cute little Dunkin’ shop with fast service. The employee seemed knowledgeable of his job. Not a lot of variety when it came to donuts but the ones we got were delicious.

Not only did I have to wait for my hash browns when I got to work to eat them they had a long black hair stuck in the cheese right on the top……. I was a frequent customer but I will longer do business with this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Just went through the drive thru, the girl at the window just stared at us, didn't tell us how much until we asked, then she just took the money and told us to park by the front door and slammed the window. We asked for our change and she completely ignored us. We pulled around and went inside and waited 20 minutes inside for our sandwich. We had asked the girl again for our change and she said "yea sure" but went back to helping other customers. At the end of our 20 minutes, we finally received our sandwich and we asked again for our change from our order. She had an attitude and finally gave us our change. Worst experience I have ever had at ANY fast food service place. Will NOT be coming back to this location again anytime soon.

All the females there always have bad attitudes and are rude. Whoever takes orders needs to get some training. Only time I get good service is when I speak with the gentleman there. Maybe don’t work in customer service if you can’t have a good
