It's a dunkin there all good
Food/bev is what we expect from Dunkin, but the service is severely lacking. Both recent experiences (twice in six weeks) we were not greeted upon entering or stepping up to the counter. We used the kiosk for our order and waited a significant time to see a surplus of drive thru orders filled before I finally got the attention of an employee to help with our order. We still waited for her to complete three additional drink orders before she assisted us with our donuts.
Everytime I use the app to order, I always end up with something being wrong when I pick it up.

This Dunkin' location is new and convenient. The staff are frequently described as nice and friendly. Reviews note the donuts are very fresh and they are not often out of stock. The drinks and donuts taste good, and the inside is very clean. However, customer service experiences vary; some felt extremely ignored when staff did not acknowledge them. Some hope issues mentioned in reviews are resolved so the location can succeed. The display case is up front, which is different from other Dunkin' stores.
