Well, we haven’t been to GypsyBean YET, but have met the Fabulous owner, Garrett and his excellent brother Hayden while waiting for a plane to Boston at RDU today. My husband and I can already tell, because of the fine character we observed in these young men, that the coffee shop is DEF ON FIRE ?!!!SEE YOU SOON!! Safe Travels! Mary and Ron ?
Do yourself a favor and come here and have your mind blown. The owner served us and made reccomendedations on pastries and coffee. I got the flat white... true New Zealand (I think that's what he said) style served as a 6 ounce option versus the American version of a flat white. Oh. My. God.
