Went to Dunkin on Sunday morning 2/11/24 at 0820. The staff working was so friendly. I was so surprised by this encounter!! It has been more than discouraging going to fast food places or restaurants lately. The vibe is that you are annoying people and just an inconvenience. Not here! I was greeted by friendly staff and my order was correct. Everyone was so nice and kind. I truly left asking myself what just happened! Kudos to the training at that place! Keep up the good work.
I once loved this place, but it's been inconsistent with the food and coffee quality. Still have enjoyed some breakfast items. Wanted to purchase a gift card, but they had none 3 weeks prior to

Rude and a complete waste of money. I go to this location at least 4 times a week, and I’m just done. I’ve hit my limit for bad service, disgusting coffee and food, and won’t be back. What a shame because they have a two really good employees in there, but the others…no thank you!
