Just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience at the McDonalds at 2519 N. College Road. I think the managers name is Becky. Everyone who I came in contact with could not have been nicer.
Gillis is the absolute best !! Always greeting you with a smile !! She is very professional and has great customer service skills. order is always correct and she makes you feel welcome I will continue to stop by for my morning coffee
I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. When I placed my order, I asked for 2 Hi-C drinks, but the employee taking my order entered 2 sweet teas instead. When I got to the window, I politely explained that I had ordered Hi-C, not sweet tea.
After I told her, she closed the window, and I could clearly see her through the window saying to another employee, “She ordered sweet teas, not Hi-C.” I found that extremely disrespectful and unprofessional....read full review
