Do not go to this McDonald’s. Service sucked w/capital “S”! Restaurant was dirty as all hell. Found a clean table and the seat was covered in soda.The woman that took my order seemed pissed that she had to stop and take my order. Look if you don’t want to take orders then take the cash registers out, not my fault and not what I intended on paying for. If you do not like the job you have then find another. Bad thing is she’s probably a Mc manger.

This is the best location in New Hanover County. The staff needs to go to the Wrightsboro location and train that team. The food is always better and they have some of the nicest employees.

Learn how to prioritize both order lanes if you’re gonna have them.. sat in line for 20-30 min. Finally got to console and had to listen to 3 orders be taken in the other lane from people who were behind me in line. Then got to pay window and had to tell the worker what I ordered.. yes it was a busy time.. but this is why you put two order lanes at your establishment..

I used to love this location, but it has gone downhill. It's so bad it's not worth getting upset over . If you ask for fresh fries, you either get them mixed in with old ones or the short cook them, which means they are flimsy and full of grease, not mention the quality of the sandwiches has gone down hill as well.

Food is consistent with McDonald's. Staff is pretty rude. I ordered a breakfast with coffee to go. The woman behind the counter puts my bag up and calls my number as if the order is ready to go. I walk up, no coffee. She goes on about her merry way. I give her an "excuse me." "Yeah, I know. You need coffee." Then under her breath, "It's not my first time" and proceeds to do the eye roll/head shake combo. Typically, when you call someone up to get their order that means the order (all of it) is ready. But I guess F me for not knowing.

Ordered sausage egg cheese griddle meal with a large mocha frappe via Grub hub. The food was hot and delicious. The frapp was very good also but for a drink over $5 I just wished they filled up the cup. Other than that, all was good.

Food is always fast and fresh at this location. My first time eating inside today. The staff was super friendly. The unfortunate side was the religious music being blasted in the dining room. It was a little much.
I stopped by to order my food and APRIL took my order. (Older woman with horrendous haircut) After I was done and driving off she decided to say through the speaker "glad your breaks work" as if I had came to the drive thru fast. I did not but even if I did it is not her business or place to tell me anything. When I got to the window to pay she gave me the most "intimidating" look/stare she could have given me the entire time. I am honestly surprised her frog eyes didn't pop out of her head. At the second window I told the manager on duty and he apologized.

This McDonald's is the best I've ever been to.I've a McDonald's closer to my house but choose to go to this one.The drive thru is fast, the staff friendly,and the quarter pounder is good. Plus I can get a plain hamburger patty no bun for my dog.
