Rude and a complete waste of money. I go to this location at least 4 times a week, and I’m just done. I’ve hit my limit for bad service, disgusting coffee and food, and won’t be back. What a shame because they have a two really good employees in there, but the others…no thank you!

Went to Dunkin on Sunday morning 2/11/24 at 0820. The staff working was so friendly. I was so surprised by this encounter!! It has been more than discouraging going to fast food places or restaurants lately. The vibe is that you are annoying people and just an inconvenience. Not here! I was greeted by friendly staff and my order was correct. Everyone was so nice and kind. I truly left asking myself what just happened! Kudos to the training at that place! Keep up the good work.

Not sure what’s happening at this location but if this is company wide, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. My order was snacking bacon, an old fashioned, a chocolate frosted with sprinkles, a BOTTLE of water, and a coffee. They got the coffee right. Out of chocolate frosted with sprinkles. The bacon was 1, just 1 strip for 3.59. When I asked about the portion size the girl told me that the morning crew sets it up they just serve it. No attempt to make it right. The old fashioned was a plain greasy cake donut ?!?!?!? WTH??????

Beware!! Me and my family have been to this a few times since moving to the area. The donuts are typical of any other Dunkin. The service inside can be slow at times but the drive thru line is just horrible. This line literally never moves has to be the slowest line I've ever experienced. And if you do happen to go inside to get something, trying to exit this location around the long line is impossible. The design of this location needs a facelift. I will probably not return here .Parking: Parking is limited and hard to get out of parking lot

I have tried this location a few times, including today. This will be absolutely the last time I go here. Every time the employees are just so mean and rude! The guy who was training the young girl inside at the register, is rude as heck. No manners when speaking to customers and his tone gives off that he is very inconvenienced by customers. I felt bad for the girl he was training, to me looks like he was making her more nervous than she already was. My opinion if you’re unhappy in your environment then you shouldn’t be there. Why make customers and coworkers unhappy and uncomfortable because you’re miserable. To the older lady making the sandwiches, your kindness was appreciated and the sweet young girl training , you got this!Parking: Getting in and out of this place is the worst. Need to open up the drive around more.
