I come here every morning before going into work and had never had a problem before. I actually love seeing the same workers every morning because i feel like i'm getting to know them better. I usually order through the app so I have a faster experience. The staff is very nice even though sometimes they don't complete my full order.
They are associated with the college, so you cannot order on the app, use gift cards, or gain points at this location but the convenience for students being next to the parking deck and down the street from the dorms means this is the perfect place to grab a coffee on the way to class or to study. A disgrace to DDs at large... 40 mins. to complete a drive-thru order is insane. Staff seems distracted, slow and useless. Out of a lot of items advertised and a real lack of care, courtesy and just basic customer service. Time to clean house.
