“A friend and I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Bojangles yesterday morning. We were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Daisy Dawkins, the individual supervising the operation within the restaurant. Ms. Dawkins immediately assisted when a cashier was unsure of how to process a coupon, was highly visible within the restaurant, and was a hands-on resource to facilitate a smooth operation within the store. Bojangles is fortunate to have an employee as motivated, efficient, and professional as Daisy.“

“Walked in and was not greeted by anyone. I have a feeling it's because of my tattoos, piercings and stretched ears. I definitely was seen because multiple employees looked straight at me with a disapproving looks. One member of the team did finally see I had been standing there for about 10 minutes and asked if I had been helped. Once she found out I hadn't been she quickly got my to-go order together and I was able to barely make it back to work on time. Luckily I ate on the way. I wish I got her name because she was the only one that didnt make me feel judged. I just moved here and my Chic-Fil-A in NC never treated me this way. I probably won't be back to this location unfortunately. My time is valuable to me and I'm going to pay them to just waste it.“

“We traveled here from Oklahoma on our first family vacation. Our boys absolutely love Chic Fil A, as do we, so we were glad to see our condo was close by one. The manager and employees were all extremely polite, helpful, busy cleaning something. Not just wiping it down, but actually cleaning each item. It was very refreshing to see people put that much pride into their work. That is a rarity! They even came and threw our trash away for us, which no other Chic Fil A has ever done. They really go above and beyond to make their customers really feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality you showed my family. It helped make our trip even more enjoyable!“

“Went here on Tuesday August 26th 2025 with my dad for a much needed lunch. This chic fil A is located in the Coastal Grand Mall, not far from the Cinemark movie theater. We were in the area and wanted something quick, so in here we went. We easily found parking, and suggest one parks near the movie theater entrance to easily find this location. The mall also has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat one's food at. We walked in, and was greeted by a nice cashier. I ordered a chic fil A Deluxe sandwich with no cheese, and a chocolate shake. My dad also got a chocolate shake and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. We paid via credit card. We also waited for our food, which didn't take long at all. Food was delicious and I enjoyed my shake and sandwich. We ate at a table in the food court. enjoyed it! Hope to be back again!“

“This CFA is located in the middle part of the second floor, more towards concourse A. At morning when we went, they were serving breakfast menu. Line was moving super fast. Orders were being handed over even faster. Very impressive service. Food was good, authentic CFA quality chicken and fluffy biscuits.

But they don’t accept CFA app, CFA gift cards or Apple pay. Little inconvenient.

“The three of us had the most amazing chicken Pie ever thanks to the cook (Dominic, I hope I got the name right). The man serving us was the most friendly and happy outgoing person you could get. We are from Canada and can't get these pies back home. Thank you KFC for the great lunch.“

“First time coming here and trying the food. I got the chicken and waffles and when I tell you for fast food it was delightful. The waffle was not too hard and not too soft to fall apart. Chicken is juicy and great taste. I also got the slim wrap for later so I haven't ate it yet. Raspberry tea is awesome also. I'm definitely coming back with the kids. 10 stars if I could.“
