A friend and I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Bojangles yesterday morning. We were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Daisy Dawkins, the individual supervising the operation within the restaurant. Ms. Dawkins immediately assisted when a cashier was unsure of how to process a coupon, was highly visible within the restaurant, and was a hands-on resource to facilitate a smooth operation within the store.
