I don't usually leave reviews while visiting a fast food chain, however, my family received such great customer service at this local KFC and we wanted to thank Trice for being a beautiful human. Thanks for reminding us of what kindness looks like. The food was good but he left a lasting impression on our family. We might stop by just to say hello when we are back in town! FYI we love the new hot and spicy wings!
Employee who took my take out order was delightful and offered 2 apple turnovers included with the order, perhaps for Father's Day however upon returning home with the food NO APPLE ANYTHING. Also no plastic utensils, hard to eat cole slaw with fingers. I rarely visit KFC, and was reminded why.

Order a 8 piece chicken , mashed potatoes,Mac and cheese. 2 of the pieces of chicken were red inside. Mash potatoes tasteless and watery awful. The two male employees came in from outside never wash their hands. Bad experience.
