The restaurant was very busy with families celebrating their children graduating high school but our food came quickly and the service remained top notch. I usually bring some home. The atmosphere is just like the pubs in the UK but larger. There were lots of sports memorabilia from the UK as well as flags from US colleges. There are police patches all over as well. There are plenty of tvs to watch all sorts of sports. There is a large screened room to eat outside as well. “Thought we would try for dinner Walked in front door Hostess was acting overwhelmed she was talking to waitress worried she just sat 2 people We stood there waiting to be greeted Never was acknowledged by any of staff that came to hostess station I finally said hello the hostess looked up up at us and said 2 we said yes never welcomed us to restaurant she said well you will have to wait I just got request for an 8 and went back to looking at paper at hostess podium We were the only 2 standing there We left. So today I thought I’d try one of the Philly cheesesteaks. I got one and took it back to the others I with to try it. We all thought was really really good ! That night we ordered Philly cheese cheesesteaks because it was so really good. When I went back that night , I met one of the individuals working there named San. He was so pleased that I liked the Philly Cheesesteak. I told him I would do a review as other may be passing by as I have and wondering if it is good. So don’t pass it by anymore!!! Not only were our fries cold, our drink arrived almost 10 minutes after our food did but our chicken nuggets, If you can call them that more like popcorn chicken, Were overly greasy and barely any meat on them.“

“Went here on Tuesday August 26th 2025 with my dad for a much needed lunch. This chic fil A is located in the Coastal Grand Mall, not far from the Cinemark movie theater. We were in the area and wanted something quick, so in here we went. We easily found parking, and suggest one parks near the movie theater entrance to easily find this location. The mall also has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat one's food at. We walked in, and was greeted by a nice cashier. I ordered a chic fil A Deluxe sandwich with no cheese, and a chocolate shake. My dad also got a chocolate shake and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. We paid via credit card. We also waited for our food, which didn't take long at all. Food was delicious and I enjoyed my shake and sandwich. We ate at a table in the food court. enjoyed it! Hope to be back again!“

“This CFA is located in the middle part of the second floor, more towards concourse A. At morning when we went, they were serving breakfast menu. Line was moving super fast. Orders were being handed over even faster. Very impressive service. Food was good, authentic CFA quality chicken and fluffy biscuits.

But they don’t accept CFA app, CFA gift cards or Apple pay. Little inconvenient.
