No complaints. Very friendly staff.
I placed an online order for pickup. I had accidentally ordered for the next day, and had not realized until rechecking my confirmation email on the way in to grab food. On arrival, I explained the mistake. Staff was very accommodating and friendly about the whole thing. They canceled my online order and started my takeout immediately. I had about a 7 min wait (5 orders) and was on my way. Food was good! Kids didn't complain about anything-which is a huge win!!

McAlister's Deli is a popular restaurant known for its good food and excellent customer service. Customers can expect a pleasant dining experience, with a light and airy atmosphere, both indoor and outdoor seating options. The menu offers a variety of delicious items, including gourmet salads, soups, and sandwiches, such as the Beef and Cheddar sandwich, the McAlister Club, and the chicken salad sandwich. The staff is described as young, hard-working, and passionate about their jobs, which contributes to the overall positive experience. Parking is readily available, but there is no drive-up window for to-go orders. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, making it accessible to all. Many guests praise the ample seating inside and outside, and highlight the quality of the potato salad, which is said to be just like mom’s. While the food is generally enjoyed, some note that the lettuce can be withered and old. Overall, McAlister's Deli remains a place worth trying, especially for those willing to explore the menu and find their favorite combination.
