To the owners of the Wendy's on Kings Highway...SHAME ON YOU! I was there 2/25/23 around 8 pm. i went in and am glad, otherwise I would not have witnessed the disgrace and the incredible customer service that I did.
One employee to handle the business on a Saturday night. One guy to handle the drive thru, the register, and the cooking all by himself. This is not the way to treat your people.

I waited in the drive through for a total of 25 minutes and did not even get to order, there were only 2 cars in front of me. If there is a hold up they should have the person park. I have up along with multiple other cars. Tsk tsk Wendy's, that long was a bit to ridiculous don't you think?
Dirty water mop and cleaning cart sat right in front of the store near the counter. Two drunk individuals were sleeping in one of the booths. Food was luke warm at best. Cashier was plesant.
