In the past two weeks I have been disappointed in two different Florence restaurants and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much this evening. Everything we ordered was fresh and packed with flavor. “The food and service were amazing. However, we were seated next to a lady with 2 dogs who were supposed to be service dogs. While I understand the need for them, I feel there should have been a separate seating area for them, or we should have been asked were we ok being seated next to them. When the lady got up to leave with her 2 dogs, one of them sneezed and shook. Which had the potential for dog hair to fly into people's food and on the table. Staffing didn't take into consideration allergies that others may have.“
“Omgee! I was so glad to know that this location is open early in the morning (for those who don’t like to wait til 11 to eat lunch). It’s located on the first floor as soon as you walk in the building. Beautiful setup! Great food and great customer service!!“
“Awesome service, sweet and friendly people! I will say driveway is very narrow so be careful with big long vehicles lol! I had major anxiety taking my husbands truck thru the line LOL take in mind I’m a 5’0 female driving a 2003 Ford F350 diesel.Parking: If you can’t find parking in their lot park in Walmart parking lot.“
“So this is the first review for a resteraunt from me this year! I have to give this particular established a 5 star. The food was excellent, including the meals that others ate . I had the tour of Italy, great choice it has 3 different items on the plate! The service was fast & the server was good. My honest experience was a good one the only actual complaint I had was the fact that I didn't have room for dessert. I take my reviews very seriously and those who read this want the details! Food was cooked in a timely manner so honestly all bases covered including having a server who never let my drink go empty and made sure the table was taken care of and happy! So I do recommend you going to this establishment. In closing I will say that a table of 4 cost about 150 with tip. I did manage to get a photo of the meal I ate, the Tour of Italy ! I hope eveyone has thr great experience that I had.“
“I ordered a Cobb salad, which came with bacon and chicken, which I didn't want, and they made it with chicken, and I told them I didn't want any meat, then they made it over, but forgot the cheese, I love cheese! So I asked for a refund and Sweet Madison, made sure my salad was prepared the right way, and it WAS. I was very HAPPY with my SALAD. Thank you Chick-fil-A. and Madison!!! I'll be back, but only when "Maddy" is working!☺“
“Visiting SC. First time ever having Marco's. Ordering was easy. Menu easy to navigate. Order online was easy to manage. Stayed in hotel and the driver came right to our room. I expected to be called to lobby. Pizza was great! Mike's hot honey ??“
“The food is always excellent at CF. But this location needs to organize their staff. Lots of people working behind the counter, but really disorganized. This is so rare at CF, because normally they have well trained staff and management on site all the time. Need to work on that.“
“Absolutely the best! The salads are my favorite but the club and subs are out if this world. They load the blt with so much bacon and its the good bacon. A must if you go to Florence! Order online and pick it up in the drive thru is what I love. Lunch is so quick and most the time you can eat the other half of your sandwich for dinner.Dietary restrictions: You tell them what you want and they will make it to your liking.“
