Poor service with a long wait time.
Some of the food we received (chicken tenders and toast in particular) was definitely overcooked and/or likely cooked in old grease. Had to come back inside for several items - kids treat, sauces, side of coleslaw, spoon, and napkins. Also, the floor was perhaps recently cleaned, but left quite slippery. Definitely at a level that would have been hazardous for an older person or anyone with balance challenges.
I dont know why I even go to zaxbys anymore. Food was mediocre.. service wasnt much better. Id rather go to bucees. Wait in line for 2 hours to get a cold brisket sandwich.
