About Zaxby's

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is generally a good place for chicken and wings, with friendly staff and tasty food. Customers appreciate the attentive service from employees like Annette, who is described as caring and quick to help, especially when making a milkshake or filling drinks. The food quality is often praised, with mentions of fresh, hot chicken fillet and well-prepared meals. Many reviews highlight the friendly staff and the inviting aroma that draws people in, although some note that the smell inside can sometimes be stale.

However, there have been some issues. One customer experienced a long wait of over 25 minutes for chicken strips, feeling ignored while others were served through the drive-through. Others were disappointed with their meal, such as the Lemon Pepper on fingers not being available for a surf and turf, and a spicy signature sandwich not being spicy or hot as expected. There were also minor problems like missing items, non-fresh fries, and ketchup packets stuck together. Additionally, a few reviews mention cleanliness issues, such as no soap in the bathroom dispensers, and inconsistent food preparation.

Overall, the restaurant is appreciated for its good food and friendly staff, especially at this location in Florence, which many consider the best in the area. Despite some occasional delays and minor issues, the positive service and quality food make it a popular choice.
