I'm beyond frustrated with the service we received at this location tonight! We waited in line from 9:41pm to 9:59pm behind only 4 cars. Once we reached the point where we could order she said "one second" then once the time said 10pm she got back on the intercom and said "I'm sorry we're closed." When we tried to explain when we got to the location and that we were ready to order at 9:59 she just kept replying with "I'm sorry we're closed".
