We stopped there for dinner. We stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The employees are not friendly. The food was just okay. The restaurant is dirty. The floors need to be cleaned and both trash cans were overflowing. The bathroom is also dirty. I would not recommend eating here.

First timer…. And I might give them a chance another time.. I felt as though the attitudes were uncalled for.. understandable if every customer comes in with a guard up.. but the service provided really needs to be with a smile.. and cheerful.. not mono tone and short/curt.. fries were a little dry and under temp.. would have been better to have maybe a Sauce of some kind to put on them.. but would have been charged full price … White Cheddar .. and all I wanted was a side of sauce .. 4.00 .. No lemon … Com on.. why serve tea if you don’t have lemon..ok.. for the positive side.. I noticed the dinning room was clean.. the tables, Floors, Chairs.. didn’t have to wise the restroom..the over all experience would have been a five star but 4 as it takes a lot more effort for 5 star.. I understand this is not a Fine Dinning experience but with prices as such..but on the other hand .. the food was portioned very evenly..next time will dig a little deeper and give it a thorough taste test ..remember .. food on the service line needs to be tempt and adjusted .. if it is below 80 degrees .. someone will get sick!!!

After ordering I realized how dirty the place was. We received our salads and they were not edible. It was so bad we didn't feel comfortable asking for something else. Nothing was fresh. The cabbage stuff on my zenzation salad was slimy. I ate the chicken of the salad and threw away the rest. DHEC needs to shut this place down.

I couldn't eat my salad. There were 5 small cold pieces of grilled chicken. All the dining room tables were dirty. There was no ice. The other customers in the dining room stated there food was at the same quality. There was no management to talk to about our concerns. I left hungry.

Order to go inside and had to Wait for about a good solid 25 mins for my order while at least 8 different customers received there’s kinda made me feel like never returning to any zaxbys ever again.

They refuse to serve me after I was in line at 9:57 they said hold on on the speaker and waited until it was 10 and said they were closed I can’t believe zaxbys would hire lazy

As a traveler I've stopped at this particular Zaxby's about five times in two years. Each time I say never again. Bathrooms were dirty, every table was dirty and the customer service matched. My guess is that they must have poor leadership that does not hold the standards of other Zaxbys. Never again! Yuck!

Awful, dirty place! Avoid at all costs! The place is filthy, plus employees don't wash their hands after using the toilet, and then she put together a customer's sandwich. Hell no! My family got out of there as soon as we saw that.

Extremely Disappointed with Hygiene Standards and Unfulfilled Promises at this Zaxby's location.In October 2023, during a visit with my family, I entered the women's restroom only to witness a Zaxby's employee exiting a stall without washing her hands. This immediately raised serious concerns about the restaurant's commitment to basic hygiene practices. What was even more appalling was the absence of soap in the dispenser. This lack in hygiene left me utterly disgusted and prompted me and my family to immediately leave the restaurant and bring the matter to the attention of Zaxby's corporate office.Upon reporting the incident, I immediately received a call from the district manager, who expressed her apologies and assured me that she would send a gift certificate as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. However, despite her promise, I never received the gift certificate. Frustrated with the lack of follow-through, I contacted her again on November 29th, only to be met with another assurance that the certificate would be mailed that day.As of December 26th, I still have not received the promised gift certificate, despite my continued efforts to address the matter. This not only reflects poorly on the district manager's commitment to customer satisfaction but also on Zaxby's corporate responsibility to rectify such issues promptly.The disregard for hygiene standards and the failure to honor promises have left me deeply disappointed and questioning the integrity of this Zaxby's location. I find it disheartening that a company I once trusted has fallen short in addressing a matter of basic cleanliness and customer service.

I'm beyond frustrated with the service we received at this location tonight! We waiting in line from 9:41pm to 9:59pm behind only 4 cars. Once we reached the point where we could order she said "one second" then once the time said 10pm she got back on the intercom and said "I'm sorry we're closed." When we tried to explain when we got to the location and that we were ready to order at 9:59 she just kept replying with "I'm sorry we're closed". I don't get upset often, but that was 100% calculated! And I'm beyond pissed! I do plan to follow up with a manager and reach out to someone higher up!Sincerely,a VERY loyal costumer who's usually stratified by zaxby's costumers service! Just apparently not this location!
