“I recommend Town Hall to anyone and everyone. The front of the house staff are always courteous, knowledgeable of the menu, and very helpful when trying to make a decision. Having some back of the house experience I am a bit partial. Chef Ryan is hands down one of the best people and his work reflects that. He has a solid crew back there with him. Matt and Thomas handled most of our meal Saturday and it was fantastic. I will be back!“

“We ate there for the first time tonight. The whole menu looked amazing. We both got the pecan chicken sandwich which was delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the decor is bright and welcoming. It was a great experience and we look forward to going back again.“

Next our waiter Evan was awesome. Full of personality and didn't mind making sure our meal was what we needed it to be. Now for the MOD (manager on duty). I think her name was Shavonne. She was awesome. She came to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. I also watched her to do this with all tables. I LOVE the new setup and will definitely put Victor's in my rotation for date night.“

“I always order from them, they usually leave out my extra sauces that I order and pay for. Lots of times they leave out my drink. So many times the order will come without the honey mustard, without the extra sour cream and butter, and without the drink. Other than that, the food is good. If I ever have to call they are really nice on the phone! My favorites are the ribs and chicken tenders.“

“A really fun sports themed restaurant. This is located in Florence, SC and has fun sports decor throughout the dining room. I ordered the patty melt sandwich which comes with fries and it was the best patty melt I've ever had, and this will be the sandwich I crave for. We also had the chili dogs, my husband loved them. I would highly recommend it, you won't be sorry.“

“Stopped in with family and friends after a softball tournament in Darlington. From the fries and bang bang shrimp to the oyster Po boy to the loaded grits as a side it was all great. The customer service matched the quality of the food and was a pleasure to eat there.“

“Have been now for three breakfast times. Walk in and greeted with Good Morning and smiles where ever I look! My companion has had the veg omelet and other than tomato makes it too soupy, which she removes and eats all of it. I get 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage patties, good to the last bite.

“We went for Mother's day and it was wonderful. The nice lady serving our table kept our coffee full and made sure we had what we needed. Such a sweetheart.

“I came for the first time on March 7, 2026. My friend and I weren’t sure how everything worked there so we took a seat but didn’t get any service. We decided to try sitting at the bar once a spot became available. The wonderful bar manager, Cal, made the experience amazing! I had my first ever Espresso Martini and it was like love in a glass! Cal was also able to accommodate my friends citrus allergy and she also loved her drink as well. The calamari was great too!“

“I love this place. Beer is consistently good. Some of the best local stuff you can get. Love the tiger king IPA. Food is always awesome. I like finding out which type of egg rolls are on for the day....pizza egg rolls are my fav! The leeroy brown pizza is delicious. Servers seem cool but I usually sit at the bar and can tell you the bartenders are always extremely cool and work fast. You're greeted before you even get sat down most of the time. Beer prices are reasonable and they always have seats cause it's a big bar! Unless of course it's a crazy busy night. It's a local gem!“

“This is such a great place! We had an excellent breakfast here a few years ago and stopped in on our way back from the beach today. The curry shrimp noodles were perfect! Not too much curry and not too spicy. Lots of shrimp and vegetables. My wife got the blackened grilled tilapia and it was the best!“

“You really can not go wrong with anything on the menu. The onion rings are amazing. I tend to pick my mom up dinner once a week from here. She absolutely loves their onion rings and steak sandwich. I've been going since I was young and they never, ever disappoint.“

“First time here with my fiance . I can confidently say , this won’t be the last . I saw that they were advertising this scrumptious chicken sandwich and I just knew I had to try it . We have 1,000 chicken places in Florence but this was by far , the best sandwich I had in years !!!! My fiance had the wings and he is obsessed with, even order extra to take to work the next day (probably to brag to his co workers about how good they were ). He loved the beer that was recommended (some orange creamsicle tasting beer lol) & the environment was very nice , clean , friendly & it was 1,001 degrees outside but felt so good inside . “This review is my nostalgic memories of 1974, 75, 76, 77. We lived around the bend on King Ave. I taught at the 6th grade center across the street and Ron taught at FMC. We loved our life there and still have dear friends in town though we moved back to Florida in 1995. BEST HOT DOGS IN TOWN!“

“It was good. The bar could have been kept up a little better as the BBQ was low and getting dry and some items, like corn on the cob, were not replenished until we were about ready to go. I liked the fried chicken and the banana pudding was very good. I don't know if I would make the hour or so long trek back to Florence for it though...“

“This past weekend I used Cibo’s to cater a family dinner for 15 people. I asked for chicken fettuccine Alfredo which wasn’t on their catering menu (at least that I could find) as requested by my 6 year old birthday girl and they gladly stated they could make it. They provided salad, bread, tea, plates, utensils, napkins and even walked everything to my car and loaded it for me. The food was praised by everyone and there was leftovers for us to enjoy for lunch the next day. The ordering process and experience was top notch. I will absolutely be ordering their catering service for large parties in the future. The food was absolutely delicious. The easiest experience ever. After a long day of playing in the sun, it was wonderful not to have to think about making dinner and take that time away from spending with my family. Thank you!!“

“First this restaurant could improve by honoring the times of operation posted. If your open till 9pm then remain open till 9pm. We arrived at 815pm. Sat at a table got our drinks and menus. When we went to place our order the owner and staff said they closed at 830pm. Umm we were there before 830 as well as you advertised to be open till 9pm. Then very rudely but unprofessional stated we could have our two tea's. This is the second time this has happened to us here. The first time they at least let us know when we walked in. We will never go back! They don't care about business. I ask all my Masonic brothers to boycott this establishment! Also I do believe this establishment is RACIST!!! Read other reviews!!!“

“What a hidden gem this place is. For years I just thought it sold hams and such for holidays and big occasions. I was driving by and saw cafe in the name and I stopped in and got a sandwich and side and meal. Now I’ve come back several times for lunch. The staff is so friendly and nice and the service is great. The food is WONDERFUL! I’ve gotten the tavern sandwich and chips and a turkey sandwich and the potato salad and a ham and turkey sandwich with the broccoli side and a salad another day. All were very good! The sweet tea is brewed and is delightful not that nasty fountain kind. Stop in and give them a try you will not be sorry you did! YUMMO“

“I've actually only ate here once, back in '22. I haven't been back to Florence since then, but I have thought of this place often. The food was absolutely delicious! And the server we had was absolutely amazing, but its been 4 years so I highly doubt she's still there. But I just have a feeling all of their employees are gonna be great. The atmosphere really was great and helped relax us quite a bit as we were there after taking a loved one off of life support.

I'm leaving this review now as I have a cousin going up to Florence soon and I told her she absolutely should come here to eat, so I needed to pull up the address to send her. Kinda thinking I should spend a day to just ride up there and grab lunch or something. The food really was that dang good!“

“My roommate and her fella invited me to go with them to dinner. They were busy but we didn't have to wait for a table... Actually, we didn't have a wait for anything. It was my first time and BOY...I was not disappointed, except when I asked if they had espresso martinis and was told they did not. Our server spoke with the bartender and I ended up getting something better... And chocolatey. 🤤🤤🤤 Oh my, was it (them 😂😂😂) good. They ordered the Yum Yum shrimp appetizer which looked amazing (I couldn't eat any of it due to an allergy). I couldn't decide what I wanted, so I ordered the Prime Roast sandwich with fresh cut French fries. My roomie ordered the buffalo chicken tenders with a salad and her fella ordered the prime rib with a salad. Let me just tell you that sandwich was AMAZING!!! And the service??? Toya (LaToya) was fabulous!!! We were never without something to drink. She was attentive, without being aggravating, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and her!!! I'd give them 10 outta 10.“
