We finally made it to Victors, located in downtown Florence inside lobby of hotel (I forgot hotel name). There is a casual section in front with bar and formal in back but it is semi-casual IMO as saw guy with shorts beside us. The seating had a sheik pattern that gave off modern vibes perfect for relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed everything from the cocktail and fried lobster appetizer to the chocolate souffle cake for dessert. Had the filet medallion/shrimp combo as my entree and it was also delicious. Service was attentive and our waiter was friendly. An excellent experience!

This was my husband and I‘s first time at Victor’s. Check-in was great, the server was very attentive in the food was delicious. The reason why I’m not getting this service five stars is because we had to wait approximately an hour and a half after sitting down for our meal. I spent here was two hours and we did not linger.
