“We finally made it to Victors, located in downtown Florence inside lobby of hotel (I forgot hotel name). There is a casual section in front with bar and formal in back but it is semi-casual IMO as saw guy with shorts beside us. The seating had a sheik pattern that gave off modern vibes perfect for relaxed atmosphere. The bread was delivered on a S.C. shaped board although our server pointed out that it was actually upside down. Small unique quirks like this can push review ratings into higher territory for me. Starter of fried oyster was ok but raw is better for us. I wanted to enjoy my meal no matter cost so chose scallops served on grits with spinach, it was great. My wife chose catch of the day, presentation was on point, props to the chef. Wife choice for dessert was cheesecake can't go wrong there. There is a courtyard just outside on hotel grounds perfect for photos. Nice spot for special dinner or casual stop-in, downtown Florence.“

I ordered SIMPLE items.A burger and a kids shrimp with fries.The hush puppy easily the best I’ve ever had.The burger PERFECTLY SEASONED AND JUICY ON A TOASTED BUN.Pause The fries not too salty and not unseasoned. “Woodstone has truly "cooked up" a Blue Ribbon restaurant and destination venue with their new Ownership and reLocation into the heart of Florence.Over the past several years (when normally it would decline), Woodstone has only gotten better and better.The food is HOT and FRESH,The wait staff is Numerous and friendly, refilling the Tea non stop sometimes.The buffet selection is amazing.Several of my favorites are the Friend Squash and Fried Shrimp!The pulled pork barbeque has flavor in depth and subtly.The hot and cold deserts are too good to pass up.Just these few positives above are what makes the LINE go out the door most days.If you haven't been to Woodstone in a while, you need to check it out.They are the BEST BBQ buffet in the Pee Dee!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegatables to pick from, however make sure before hand if they were cooked with any non-Veg seasonings.Parking: There is parking lot surface parking all the way around the restaurant, if you come at 12 or 6 then it may be full!!Kid-friendliness: This is a typical buffet setting, so kids are more than welcome and if you have Picky eaters, they will find something here.“
“Went get some fresh fish to take home and cook for dinner. The staff was helpful and got a large red snapper and it was cut and filleted on the spot. We we're taking care off in a timely manner. A pleasant and satisfying visit will return soon. Felt very comfortable and welcomed in the establishment throughout the whole process.“
“Quick, easy, tasty and great service. All dinners lightly fried in a breader, not batter. Served with French fries, Cole slaw and hush puppies. Call ahead to order a take out, can order take out at counter or grab a table and enjoy. Sweet tea is fantastic too, with free refills. Pepsi products available in cans as well. “We enjoyed the Florence Crab House. Food was good, great portion size for the Seafood Pasta couldn't eat it all; had enough to bring home. My son enjoy his fried shrimps and fries. “Great food!!! Highly recommend the catfish stew (red base) over rice that my husband got, served with yummy hushpuppies. Spiced to perfection and very generous with the catfish! This visit I had the 2 item platter (clam strips and catfish fillets) with fries/slaw/hushpuppies. Both entrees were cooked perfectly and the servings were such that we brought home half of our meals. Even though the restaurant was almost full at 3:00 in the afternoon, the single waitress working did an amazing job. She had a smile on her face even though you could tell she was pushed. The employees at the ordering counter were also very nice“
“Slammin. The young lady at the register was as nice as can be, helpful and patient. She gave us some really good recommends as to what to order… The prices are great! I tried the hibachi (drink included!) + an order of full size chicken wings (so crispy) no sauce, just house seasoning. Man that food was good! “My girlfriend and I were driving up from Florida, craving Asian food for the Lunar New Year. That’s when stumbled upon this place on Google Maps. I saw on review commenting that this was a little mom and pop shop run by this older couple. We decided to go. When we walked in, we knew it was going to be authentic from decor, menu and the TV in the back playing Thai music program.We ordered the red curry and pad thai which were both fantastic. I conservatively ordered the medium spice level and wish I ordered the hot. Was not expecting the flavor profile for a place in this area. Definitely come through here and support this small business!“
“We had a lovely lunch here and everything we ate was delicious. I’m not sure what the low ratings on here are from because we thoroughly enjoyed our food. I had to knock off a star for Atmosphere because we unfortunately picked Sunday to eat, where my husband and I were stared at by a man the entire time, who then told my husband we were going to hell because of the way we look. He gave us a pamphlet to “educate” us on his religion. The food is amazing I just would not recommend going on Sunday because of the judgmental people who frequent that establishment. The staff was excellent and very helpful as well, just wish we hadn’t gone on a Sunday. We left feeling very uncomfortable and hurt and felt harassed. It put a damper on a family outing.“
“You order at the counter and they'll bring you your food. No waitstaff. No wait. It wasn't busy and the food is made to order. I had the loaded baked potato with shrimp and it was delicious! Very flavorful with a variety of different toppings to choose from. The potato was very good, but so bad. I could feel my arteries clogging from the butter, sour cream, and cheese. I enjoyed it so much that I ate it three times in 10 days! The chicken tenders were not very good. Too much breading and really tough.“
“This is a pretty nice restaurant specializing in beef. The prime rib was pretty tasty but a bit chewy. My wife's ribeye was pretty nice. The salad bar was very nice, and our waitress did a fine job. There are no reservations, and it was pretty crowded due to the fact that it was Valentines Day.Parking: Parking places are very tight, and very few available tonight.“

Made services just that much better to me. He was hiding out when we went to leave. I had to tell on him. “We ate at Tubb’s with our very rambunctious kids. The food was great, I had the crab cake sandwich, but what really shined were the hush puppies with the pimento cheese sauce. Our waiter also brought a side of key lime butter, which was amazing. Our waiter was over the top attentive and kind. Definitely recommend.“
