I am always happy with receiving food promptly from the Chick-fil-A curbside in the mall.
However today was ridiculous! I waited 46 minutes for my $29 order to come out. I asked the different people who said it would be coming out soon but did not. I told one girl that they should refund us for it taking so long. came out with a receipt where they had refunded someone else $14 and not me. finally they came out and said here's your food if you want a refund I can get a manager....read full review
