Both restrooms were gross. Trash cans were overflowing. An employee even used the restroom, threw a used paper towel onto the counter (because the trash was full), and just went back to work. After seeing the restroom situation, we noticed trash on the floor behind the front counter and it looked greasy. I hope the kitchen isn't this dirty where they prepared our food. We've never seen a Chick-fil-A that looked this bad.

I am not a Chick-fil-A fanatic. I do not enjoy the crazy lines and traffic snarls that occur near most Chick-fil-A restaurants. This store near the Magnolia Mall is one of the worst I have been to. It causes so much traffic near the light. The food is good, just not worth the headache to me. The prices are very high, just like mostly everywhere else these days. The last time I visited, the chicken strips were orange and I don't really know why. The workers are usually very friendly, almost overly so but I reckon that's good instead of bad.

I ordered 2 sandwich meals, with sauces and used points to buy a 5 piece nugget. I only received one sandwich, fries that were MAYBE half full, no sauces, and an extra 5 piece nugget. After sitting for 40 minutes in line for my mobile order, then driving home to my neighboring town, it was extremely disappointing that we didn’t have what we needed for dinner. I reached out to the store, but got no answer. Come on, Chick-fil-a West. You need to do better. I reached out to the store, but got no answer.

With every meal, something is wrong with my order. But tonight was the worst of it. And I went when it was not so busy, by surprise!I did not have a straw for my drink, did not get a fork for my salad, was given 2 of the wrong salad dressings, and I did not get any sauces like I requested.I understand mishaps during a rush, but there was no rush whatsoever at this time. I love a good Chik-fil-a meal, but my future visits will not be often.

So this is a Christian establishment and the employees reflect that! Always cordial and polite. Their food is fresh and perfectly cooked. Oh, and if you haven't tried a frosted lemonade....you're missing out!!!
