Normally I'm a huge fan of Chic-fil-A. Normally Chic-Fil-A is the standard by which all other fast-food chains aspire to be. But today I witnessed an absolute failure on Chic-fil-A's part. The drive thru. Normally a point of pride for this restaurant. But now they have cut the drive thru down to one lane and established the other as a "mobile-thru". We are traveling through SC on our way to GA and stopped at this Chick-fil-A. We went through the drive through since the dining room was closed, and Kevin was very engaging. We enjoyed the interaction with him, and he is an asset to your business. The food was also very good. I got my usual - Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese, large waffle fries, small mac & cheese, and a large sweet tea. Definitely consistent with the standards of Chick-fil-A. One of the absolute best chickfila’s I’ve ever been to! It was clean, the service was immaculant. My 9 month old son dropped mac n cheese all over the highchair. My husband went to grab napkins and the worker pulled wipes right out of his pocket and started cleaning unprompted. I told my husband that man needed a raise because i was going to clean everything up myself.
