Normally I'm a huge fan of Chic-fil-A. Normally Chic-Fil-A is the standard by which all other fast-food chains aspire to be. But today I witnessed an absolute failure on Chic-fil-A's part. The drive thru. Normally a point of pride for this restaurant. But now they have cut the drive thru down to one lane and established the other as a "mobile-thru".
