My wife had tomato basil soup followed with the grilled sea bass with dried tomatoes & spinach over linguine with caper, lemon & butter sauce. I had a Cesar Salad followed with grilled scallops over corn risotto with balsamic reduction. A bottle of Pinot Gris added to our meals. We share the homemade tiramisu with two black coffees. Everything was delicious & served by friendly staff in a well paced manner. Samantha, our waitress, was just as delightful as our meal. I highly recommend you check out this upscale venue. They accommodated our party of 11 at lunch time, our waitress (Lora) was on top of things - brought drinks out, got all of the orders correct and split the bill up by family - all without missing a beat. The place is quirky in its' looks, but the food and service was excellent.The crab-stuffed jalapenos were excellent, and the amount of shrimp on my shrimp quesadilla was significant. I could hardly finish everything. The clam chowder was very good and the cod basket that my wife ordered came with large pieces of cod and delicious french fries.On a last note - there is a discount for cash payment. Small signs in the restaurant explaining it.”

“Came with family to get ice cream on a spring day - not that crowded when we arrived (just before traditional dinner time), but glad we made the stop. Excellent homemade ice cream, a large variety of flavors (not just all riffs on chocolate and caramel) and many ways to eat. They even have dairy-free flavors and use separate scoops to maintain the allergen boundary.Table seating inside and out with some benches up front facing the road. The staff was very friendly and courteous, patient with the smaller children with us. Overall, the place was very clean and had a great beach vibe to it.Excellent service and delicious ice cream!Dietary restrictions: They do have non-dairy options and are very careful about cross-contamination for those with allergies.”

“Our first visit..what took us so long! Beautiful views of the inlet. Had a great server. Started with the crab and shrimp crostini. Loved them, would have been better if warm through and through though, but that might not have been the way they were intended to be served. We like bang bank shrimp but were hesitant about the Sriracha sayce being too hot for our taste. Our server graciously provided a sample for our dinner, and we loved it. Not hot at all, great flavor for dipping our shrimpnand oysters. We shared the seafood platter with scallops. Everything was grand. We had all the items fried except the scallops which we chose to have grilled. We are not oyster fans, as raw just isn't appealing to us. We have had fried before on a taco, so we took a chance. These were sooo good, we are a fan, at least from here. Very good PB pie. We'll be back, sooner than later.”

“If you want quality food that is finely prepared, this is your place. The grouper is best around. We love their platter combo because you get both grouper and crab cake. The crab cake is chock full of real crab meat, not that "deviled crab" stuff. All the desserts are home made. Their carrot cake is award winning. Southside has a clean, new feel, not a worn out tourist joint. Lizzie, our waitress, was related to everyone working there. They ask if you're satisfied and genuinely care. Should I say more? Glad I listened to where locals go. Bad news is they are only open Wed. to Sat 4.30 to 8:00. So we go early.”

“It's definitely the absolute best tasting hamburger I ever had. I always say to go to places that ask how you want your meat cooked. Don't even need any sauce. The way it's cooked and spiced. It has definitely changed and ruined my taste for 90% of burger places. Everyone has to go there. Great prices too!”

We rarely get down to Murrells Inlet, but went to Brookgreen and just had to stop in. Oh, my goodness, it was fabulous and we just got a pizza to go. Wonderful people and food.”

“About five years ago we stopped going to Bovine's - became disappointing. On the advice of a friend we went back. Glad we did because there's been a good overhaul there. The interior has been improved as has the value. Our dinners were delicious! Excellent filets, perfectly prepared. Service could be better.”

“Hard drinking, rowdy patrons, loud bikes, and live music. Decent food, too. The Beaver Bar sits happily in Murrells Inlet offering to quell your thirst while extending a middle finger to any who pass judgment. Established in 2009 by Leslye Beaver, the non-drinking and non-smoking owner, she also has a similar dive in Sturgis, South Dakota. Although I am not a biker, nor a hard-core drinker, I do like the vibe especially after a day in the sand. It rattles my "Give 'em a whirl meter" to the bone when the bikes roll in or the drum hits the downbeat. I say go for it.”
“We ordered our food expecting that they closed at 900pm. We were wrong. They took our order even though they were just about to close. Not only was our food made properly, it was hot and delicious. She's the kind of lady whose business you want to support.Fried shrimp are great. They are big boys, not little popcorn shrimp. The flounder is delicious. The grouper fingers could be made better with a spicier batter, but everything is fried in clean oil.A variety of sauces/dips are available. The roumelade is quite good.”
“I ordered eggs Benedict this St Pat's day and must say that there was much too much seasoning salt on the eggs and potatoes during their preparation. It detracted from their culinary appeal. If I were to eat there in the future, I will ask that no seasoning salt be used. That way, I could season them to my liking. I also would have liked more hollandaise sauce on my eggs. Otherwise, the food was cooked to perfection and served hot.”

“Best Belgian Waffles I've ever had in my 64 years. They melt in your mouth! Service is superfast and very pleasant. Seating area is large and they have lots of booths. Nice amount of spacing between tables which gives better privacy than at many other breakfast restaurants. Lovely decor.”

“Ten of us went to Pacino’s for dinner. Everything was delicious! Our favorites were chicken parmesan, lasagna, and ravioli. We were please with the service and the quality of the food was off the charts good. It’s not a huge place so reservations are a good idea.”

“This place is absolutely adorable and they love to have you take pictures. The owners are super kind and the drinks were so so so good! I loved the atmosphere. Next time I come back to Murrells this will be a staple in my vacation itinerary. It should be in yours too!”

“We are big Pizza fans! So far, MM has the best pizza we've found since moving to Murrells Inlet. We are originally from Detroit, so we love good fresh pizza. We've tried several specials and have built our own pizzas as well. All very very good. The wings are pretty good too. Love the drink specials. All prepared consistently and tasty. Service in the bar area is very good. However, service on the pizza side of the house is a little bit of a hit and miss. The server sometimes seems bothered to have to serve us.”

I gauge a good pizza based on sauce and dough. If you like a sweeter sauce, this is not for you. I’m a plain cheese or pepperoni girl. Plain cheese pie at aromas is heaven. Sicilian..delicious. The pepperoni on the pizza..good lord..it’s too big. Borderline deli sub size. That is all. I still give 5 stars, because let’s be honest, it’s the dough and sauce that matters. I just want smaller pepperoni!”

We are already planning our next trip back. We got their breakfast today, but going back for their lunch the next time. Prices are really reasonable as well!!”

Excellent homemade ice cream, a large variety of flavors (not just all riffs on chocolate and caramel) and many ways to eat. They even have dairy-free flavors and use separate scoops to maintain the allergen boundary.Table seating inside and out with some benches up front facing the road. The staff was very friendly and courteous, patient with the smaller children with us. Overall, the place was very clean and had a great beach vibe to it.Excellent service and delicious ice cream!Dietary restrictions: They do have non-dairy options and are very careful about cross-contamination for those with allergies.”

I had a chicken with mushroom, cheese, and onions with sweet potato fries. My hubby had a fish sandwich and tots. We splurged and had Keylime pie for dessert. We tried hush puppies for the first time, too. Very tasty. The live music topped it off for a great evening. It was a fun place to stop when visiting Murrells Inlet MarshWalk.Parking: There are plenty of spots across from this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There are places to sit outside and under the tent with the kids.”

“Our first visit..what took us so long! Beautiful views of the inlet. Had a great server. Started with the crab and shrimp crostini. Loved them, would have been better if warm through and through though, but that might not have been the way they were intended to be served. We like bang bank shrimp but were hesitant about the Sriracha sayce being too hot for our taste. Our server graciously provided a sample for our dinner, and we loved it. Not hot at all, great flavor for dipping our shrimpnand oysters. We shared the seafood platter with scallops. Everything was grand. We had all the items fried except the scallops which we chose to have grilled. We are not oyster fans, as raw just isn't appealing to us. We have had fried before on a taco, so we took a chance. These were sooo good, we are a fan, at least from here. Very good PB pie. We'll be back, sooner than later.”
