Wonderful little place with great value for money. We got the salmon poke bowl, Valentine roll, and hidden dragon roll. The bowl accidentally came with tuna instead but I didn't care since it was amazing with variety and rich flavors. The rolls were huge and tasty. Will be stopping by again when possible.

It is located in a little hidden store building that can be easy to miss due to a big tree covering part of the sign. Walking in, there is a large space that used to be a dining room, now in various stages of change, with a gleaming sushi bar in the middle. The staff is friendly and promptly prepares the food, allowing customers to leave with a brown bag of delicious sushi. Every bite is perfect, with roll sizes just right - not too big, not too small. Must-try dishes include the Inlet Roll and Sweet Potato Roll. The half and half poke bowl is also a popular choice, filled with lots of goodness. Highly recommended, Hayashi Sushi is a standout for sushi lovers, even surpassing high-rated restaurants. Customers appreciate the quality and reasonable prices, making it a go-to spot whenever sushi cravings hit.
