“Staff was very friendly. Accidentally made my drink with normal ice instead of light ice, then made me the correct drink, gave me both, then I accidentally spilled my drink… and they offered to make me another one even though it was my own fault. Ended up with three coffees and I ordered one. Very helpful, kind, and compassionate.“

“We can’t say enough nice things about Vanessa!!! She remembered our names the second day we went there and had our cups ready with our names and drink on them when she knew we were coming back the third day!! Coming from customer service you don’t find many people like that anymore who go above and beyond to make you feel special!! She should def be recognized for her hospitality and friendliness!!“

“My husband and I come to this dunkin all the time. We don't drink coffee but my husband loves their tea and hashbrowns and I love their snacking bacon. The ladies here are awesome. Sometimes they get busy but just show them a little patience. They will get your order taken care of right which is why we love them and will keep coming back <3“
“i was a little skeptical on coming here because of the reviews however i think people only review places if they’re negative. I came here because i only had ten minutes to stop so i did a mobile order so i didn’t have to wait and that was the quickest trip to dunkin ever!! Everyone was super sweet and despite me having a drink with a lot of steps they made it perfectly! this will be my go to dunkin from now on!“
