Located down a tree-lined road right on the waterway, Outrigger formerly Walters offers a spectacular sunset view and a beautiful evening on the river. The outdoor seating area on the giant deck provides a breathtaking view. The staff is great, with service described as pleasant, fast, and attentive. Food is delicious and exceptional, from oysters and appetizers to meals like steamed shrimp, conch fritters, grilled chicken sandwich, stuffed shrimp, shrimp boil, shrimp pasta, and gator bites. All dishes are fresh and flavorful. Drinks are good with plenty of cocktails and drinks to choose from, and prices are decent. A wonderful gentleman in a golf cart with his dog Rusty gave a ride to the front door. The atmosphere is perfect for gathering with friends, and the overall experience is very good. This is a new go-to for dinners and lunch, especially for bringing guests. It was an incredible, memorable time.
