“I think her name is Barb. She was awesome. She was busy when we walked in and after we walked in, there was a trail of people behind us. Some how I froze the machine. She told me to just start eating and could pay after the rush was over. She trusted a total stranger to eat the pay. And it seemed like everyone in line knew her. This location should be proud She is there. Keep up the great work.“

“I usually don't rate fast food but this one is worth the mention..I don't know if it was the food or the service. Derick was working and I don't know that I will ever forget him. He was so helpful to the new employee, he made sure to greet everyone as they came it. He talked to you like he had always known you. You can tell that he is an all the way around good guy. So glad that we didn't pass on subs that day!“

“I always go to this subway bc of my pregnancy craving wanting a sub but today me and my husband ordered a sub to be picked up and he ordered a honey mustard BBQ chicken sub add bacon and the only thing on it lettuce pickles bacon and sause and when I say sause I mean it looked like they dumped the whole container of sause on it he took a few bites but ended up throwing it away bc it made him sick I’ll order from here again but I’ll be checking my food before I leave from now on.“

“I visited the Carolina Forest Subway for the first time today and am so very pleased. The staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was amazing clean and no complaints on the fresh and deliciousness of our food. My sub was put together perfectly and as odd is it may seem to say, the sauce all stayed on the sub. That's a 5* subway.“

“Today on 12/20 I had a horrible traveling expirence, my airline gave me a coupon to redeem but didn’t explain how to use it. I tried to use it at subway and was short money due to not knowing how to properly redeem the voucher. The workers helped accommodate me greatly. It was a gentleman and woman working. “Went here for a much needed lunch on Saturday March 29th 2025 with my mom. We had stopped here since i noticed that there was a subway and we were at wholesale furniture nearby looking for furniture. After shopping there, we headed straight to subway. We walked in, asked the guy if they accepted coupons and they did. First we decided what to order- I wanted something different than my usual sandwich. My mom went first and she ordered a footlong of the Ultimate B.M.T. Finally i decided, and had a footlong with italian herbs and cheese with the Baja Chipotle Chicken Sandwich with provolone. i had it toasted, and topped it with lettuce, onion, pickles, black olives, light mayo, and the chipotle sauce. Both the person making the sandwich and cashier was very pleasant. We ordered a combo with one and got 2 cookies oatmeal raisin and double chocolate.We used coupons mailed to us, and paid with a gift card. I always like subway's cookies, and their sandwiches. For our drink i decided on the unsweetened lipton tea, which i didn't like but my mom did. This subway actually had lots of seating to sit at. we sat down at a table and ate our food! i really enjoyed my sandwich! Would definitely be back at a subway soon!“

“I went on 11/12/2025 at 4pm got a cold cut combo and I gotta say the lady working at the subway was absolutely phenomenal. She has got to have one of the best customer service I have ever received in a place. She was sweet, had a great personality, a nice smile and every item asked of it was enough to make sure my sandwich was as perfect as if I made it myself. It was a quick interaction but she made the experience a pleasant one. She’s most defiantly a great asset to the company. I wish I would’ve gotten her name so I could give her the proper appraisal but I’m sure she’ll get plenty more awesome reviews. Hold onto her“

“9/12/25: Store Manager Sharon and her associate Mariam always greet me with smiles and a warm hello. Both of them and another colleague all make great subs. My wife and I love the cheesy sub roll with tuna. All their meats and toppings look fresh and taste fresh. I like that they readily accept the national coupons without a hassle. This store is conveniently attached to my favorite Circle K. All you ladies are so very nice!😁
