“I went into subway in Walmart-Marion on Saturday 9/19. Paid and ordered my food from the checkout line at Walmart and it was ready by the time I walked over to subway. Awesome!! I ordered 3 footlong subs. When I got home one of the subs had marinara sauce on it which wasn’t what I ordered. It was a pizza sub but I opted out of having marinara on it on the app. When I got home there was a survey in my email. I did the survey and the only negative thing I had to say was that the pizza sub had the marinara sauce on it. (Really we just wanted that one sub for the meat and ordered veggies and oil and vinegar). The co-owner, Stephanie, called me on my cell phone today and wanted to make it right and offered to bring me the replacement. I insisted it was fine and that was not necessary but she insisted she wanted to do it. Evidently they didn’t realize you could opt out of the marinara on the app because of the type of sub it is. I understood and wasn’t upset at all because I know these things happen. She brought it to Latta to me on her way home to my job. I would definitely recommend this subway. She went above and beyond and she didn’t have to. Extremely satisfied customer!!“
“Just passed through and stopped at this location with my husband and the building, interior, food prep/ presentation and bathrooms were immaculate.
A young lady and gentleman working helped us and were super kind our sandwiches weren't thrown together either they were made with care.
This was a breath of fresh air compared to other establishments we encountered on the road.
