“The owner needs to get in their and evaluate his staff. Today, there was only one person in the whole store and she was great.However, she could only do so much. There was only a few pieces of day old bread available for subs and apparently, not even the general manager cares about running a quality store. I don't know how they stay open. I have been to this location before and the good staff that does show up are nice and hard-working but it's not right to expect one or two people to make up for the slack of an entire staff including the dang manager.“
“I'm from out of town and was welcomed no sooner, I walked in the door. I like that Subway! So, for dinner today, Thursday, August 25,2023, I was craving my usual from Subway. I looked at my receipt to give the wonderful young woman kudos on this review, but there's no name ? She was wonderful and nice. She made a delicious sub, and everything was fresh. “Went here may 14/15. I was staying at the Pilot truck stop. The 2 young ladies working were very nice and got food fast. And the store was clean. Although many other subways suck, the sandwich was unusually good. Very good to be accurate. Very pleased. -Greg“
“I entered an extremely tidy and well-kept Subway; everything was in its place. I approached the desk and was immediately assisted by the courteous and knowledgeable employees. The woman with the red hair led me through each piece of meat, cheese, and spice with great patience. She was really knowledgable about everything and assisted me in selecting the ideal mixture! Beyond my expectations were the staff's care and professionalism, as well as the establishment's cleanliness. Will return!!!“
“Incredible location. The place looks like it's from the future. The staff is very friendly--a family-run franchise--and the food is always fresh (it is Subway, after all). The $4.99 foot long specials are a perennial favorite. Check 'em out--and their wonderful service!“
“This was a drive by as we live no where near Florence. The service was great, our server had a great attitude even though she appeared to be the only one working. I really think she enjoyed having the opportunity to work. Conditions presented were sanitary and the food was great. We'll stop again given the chance.“
“Through a freak accident, the DoorDash driver picked up my order by mistake. The crew jumped right to work remaking it for me, with no complaints, just friendly attitudes. This was the first time something like this happened to them, too, but they really impressed me with how fast they recovered. Way to go!“
