“This is a great place for food, drinks, sports, and chatting with others. The staff is great (especially Dee outside on the weekends!) and the food is really good. It is a real restaurant that happens to have two great bars (indoor and outdoor) as opposed to a bar that also has food.
Among the dishes we have tried - all have been excellent - peel and eat shrimp, fish tacos, burgers and salads.
There is also a place to sit outside with your beverage in Adirondack chairs and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
Despite being an ocean front property the prices are actually quite reasonable for what you get.
There is a parking lot across the street as well taking away any worries about finding parking if you are coming from any distance (we are typically able to walk - but we would drive if staying further away, because it's our new favorite.)
Having all of the games on but "real" food means I can accompany my husband when he's watching his favorite sports and not worry that I'm going to starve or be forced to eat super salty "bar food" that just doesn't thrill me.
Almost ordered the rib eye this last time and after seeing it on a plate nearby I'm sure it's what I'll enjoy the next time!!“

“Ordered the Reubin with fries, and the cusano sandwich with fries. Fries were way overcooked and inedible. My cusano was burned with no ham and the pulled pork was slighted. Ridiculous. The Reubin was the only thing we received that was edible“

“Came here for an after dinner hang. Bartenders were welcoming and made us feel like a part of the crowd. They had dart boards and sold cigars, which are both a nice touch. Arrived too late for the food, but Ailsa Pub was highly recommended to us by someone at our hotel.“

“I drove past @ 5 and didn't see any lights or indication they were open. I was really disappointed and went across the street to Atlas Tap Room. What a disappointment. When I came out of Atlas@6, I saw an OPEN light at Bumsteads, so I hurried over. My evening instantly proved! I love Bumstead's. Turn those lights on earlier to draw people in!“

“Our server was awesome, Nelly. The food was amazing and so fresh. My husband loves dolphin and was torn between that and the fresh catch of the day, swordfish. He got the swordfish , which is pictured and I got the dolphin fish (mahi-mahi) for those who don’t know. The reason we came to this restaurant was because on website menu they referred to the Mahi-mahi as aka Dolphin. Both were super and we were not disappointed.“

“Last year while at Broadway we stopped in at wet willies for a drink so this year we decided to give fat Tuesdays a try. Both places are great but I will say that I prefer Far Tuesdays. The drinks are stronger. You can choose to get an extra shot of the liquor of your choice. Drinks were smooth and service was great. Little pricey, but what isn’t nowadays? We’ll definitely be back next time we’re at Broadway.“

“We were here for the week if Labor Day and we ate there 3 times. There flounder/shrimp combo plate is to die for. Flounder filet is thick and fresh and lightly breaded and the shrimp is fresh and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!!!“

“While the Grumpy Monk has an extensive Gluten Free menu and uses key words like “cross-contamination” Grumpy Monk isn’t Celiac Safe. We are there with a group of 15 and were clear that our daughter has celiac and to change gloves and be careful. She ended up being sick that night due to being glutened. So while the rest of us had an okay experience (the food took a long time, our kids orders were forgotten) the food was good and our waitress was great.“
