“This place is a buffet and the food was great! The spaghetti and the fresh sausage were my favorites! The staff was very friendly and to top it off one guy on staff stops to sing occasionally and he has definitely got a set of pipes on him! Great job!“
“Big mikes!! OMG! This was the best soul food I have had in a long time! Everything was perfect! The seasoning was right on point. Not too salty like some other soul food places! The cashier at the front was so nice and friendly! Thank you so much!“
“What a great new place I just went to. The atmosphere is great, and the nachos were so good and tasty. Prices are reasonable, at least at happy hour. The menu is a little pricy, but I am sure the food is worth the price, especially if you want something other than appetizers. Very nice place.Parking: Limited space in front, but more parking available in back of the restaurant.“
“Food is incredible!! Unreal and unique much needed for a breakfast place!! ALSO ARIEL(she’s taken our order multiple times now and made our coffees) SHES INCREDIBLE!! The rest of the staff also seems super happy and wanting to be there!! Great job and great place!!“
“***Late post from my Oct 2023 East Coast trip******This review is for checking it out from the entrance area only***After visiting the Paula Deen Store, I wanted to check out Paula Deen's Family Kitchen which happens to be right upstairs above the store. This restaurant is an all-you-can-eat establishment. It serves family-style portions only. What that means is the portions are big that can be shared by several people. Refills are allowed at no additional charge. They do not offer to go boxes.I was travelling by myself at the time, hence, it didn't make sense for me to have family-style portions not to say that I couldn't take them all down... I do love to eat and I can eat LOL. Now that I think back, what does it matter if it was family-style. It's just like any other AYCE, but they serve the foods to you versus you go getting the foods yourself. Prices are actually pretty reasonable. For about $22 per person, you choose 2 Down Home Dishes and 4 of Paula's Famous Sides for the table with unlimited refills... not too shabby.Anyway, I just took the escalator up and looked inside the restaurant from the front check-in entrance area. Staff at the front was nice. I did get a selfie with Paula (not in person just her cardboard cutout) LOL. Well, I had my chance to eat here and I didn't take it. I guess I'll have to return to one of Paula Deen's Family Kitchen locations in the near future to try her famous southern fried chicken and yummy sides. I'll see you when I see you Paula Deen!P.S. I will post photos later. Thanks for your patience.“
“This place really is "The Happiest Place on Earth". I really love this place and always make a point of eating here when I visit the area, which is several times a year. Everyone working here exudes happiness and they are so NICE. Never had anything other than a fantastic breakfast here too...huge portions and everything always PERFECT. Thank you! See you soon!“
“Amazing service from Frank! We got the fried pickles to start. They are cut just right and the fresh cracked pepper really sets it off. Drinks: Agave Picante and Blood Orange Sunset Margarita. For our entrees: smothered fried chicken with Mac and cheese and the broccolini & bistro filet with loaded potatoes. For dessert we split the banana pudding. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend this spot. And sitting outside when the weather is nice is a must!“
“Food was good. Collard greens were fresh and delicious. The mashed potatoes were smooth, creamy and buttery. The fried chicken was satisfying but second best (The best fried chicken I ever had is still at the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans). The fried okra was fried to perfection. The ribs were ok but have had better. The deserts I tasted were banana cream pie (with squirt of whipped cream on top) gooey chocolate chip desert, and peach cobbler. They were, in my opinion, extremely sweet (So for that reason I would not order again). The banana cream pie I had growing up, in south, was always served with meringue topping, so I was disappointed to see the whipped cream. The service was, five star, top notch! It was an all you can eat table service served with southern charm and courtesies!Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator available for wheelchair.“
“Experience and food was absolutely amazing!! We ordered the seafood boil for two and still have enough to take home. Dasha was our waitress and was attentive, respectful and extremely kind. The atmosphere was very enjoyable. Will visit again.“
