While on a trip to Myrtle beach, I placed an order for my family and had DoorDash deliver it. When we received our order, we didn’t get the things we ordered. We ended up with 4 of one meal and 1 of the other. I then called to ask about it and was willing to drive to get it at that point. When I spoke to the hostess, I lead with “I know this isn’t your fault” and then proceed to ask to speak to a manger or someone in charge. Ordered meals for our family on vacation. Was missing a meal (quesadilla) we called land shark and they said there was nothing they could do about it to contact door dash. DoorDash said they can’t open bags and check. So we called land shark back and they told us we were lying that we didn’t buy a chicken quesadilla bc they don’t sell those and there is no way we ordered and paid for one. But there is a $22 charge on my $200+ bill and it was obviously on the menu for me...read full review
We ordered a couple fried meals and a cheeseburger and it took an hour. There was only probably 20-30 people in the restaurant total. Probably the slowest service I’ve ever seen. Would not recommend this place to even someone I don’t like.
