“3:30 pm on 2/27/26 my first time ever being a Jimmy John's customer was very amazing. The staff (2 young males) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great attitudes. The 2 subs were made in record time and made perfect. The manager I hope sees this review because he should be very proud of himself for choosing these 2 employees. My wife and I are employed at a large medical office and I and everyone will be visiting Jimmy John's frequently from today on. Thank you Jimmy John's for a very great experience.“

“We visited from out of town on 7.22.25 at 1 pm and stopped by for a sub. Your team member was amazing, kind and patient with a customer. She worked very hard and was diligent to ensure everyone was met with a smile. I didn't get her name but she deserves accolades for her great service.“
